Petit Plan with a few words

Petit Plan has a purpose to educate students around the art of cinema and also to raise social awareness through cinema. In our actions we select films that aren’t dumbed down for our students. For this reason we select internationally acclaimed films with fresh, innovative techniques and cause a debate.
Discover: fresh perspectives and views
We collaborate with public and private institutions, academic researchers and school educators in order to broaden students’ perceptions around cinema and expose them to independent and European cinema.
Discuss: the topic of the film and my life
Each action tries to avoid being didactic and focuses on adolescents, their issues in the context of Greek society and the shaping of critical thought. After the screenings, short discussions follow with select guest speakers about the film’s theme and how it applies in a social context.
